We bring your vision to life by creating a digital collage of images, colors, materials, and fixtures that reflect your style and preferences. We also include a spreadsheet with all the ordering details so you can purchase on your own when the timing is right.

Our Process

We offer a transparent, client-centered approach that transforms our shared vision into unique, artistic spaces. Here’s a glimpse into our collaborative process:

  • Consider this our first date! Our process always starts with a consultation. In-person, or virtual, it’s a chance for us to learn about each other and make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss project goals, explain our process and fees, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Now that we have a better understanding of your project, we’re able to provide a detailed fee estimate with outlined services and a preliminary timeline.

  • The official project kick-off! We’ll dive into all your gathered inspiration, cover your design dislikes and all other practical, functional details that will allow us to start researching and designing the perfect space for you.

  • If applicable to your particular project and upon preference, we’re able to handle the ordering of finishes, furnishings, and fixtures once all designs are finalized. We ensure everything is sourced from trusted vendors and track lead times.

  • We oversee the entire project, conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors and tradespeople, and track all product to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

  • Comprehensive review of the completed project to ensure all aspects are as per the agreed design. Address any issues prior to final handover to the General Contractor.
